How I work
My mentoring brings together body wisdom, intuitive guidance, embodiment, mind-body understanding, and more than two decades of experience in the healing arts.
We begin with what’s happening now — what feels stuck, what keeps repeating, what your body may be trying to tell you, and what is asking for attention.
Together, we may explore the old roles and patterns that shaped you, where guilt and obligation are running the show, how to say no with more steadiness, and what actually matters to you now beyond old expectations and people-pleasing.
This work is practical, but it isn’t shallow. It may include conversation, body wisdom, reflective practices, nervous system support, embodiment tools, and simple steps you can take into everyday life.
The aim is not to analyse everything forever. The aim is to help you feel clearer, steadier, and more able to trust yourself — in your body, your choices, your relationships, and the way you move forward.
The 6-Session Mentoring Container
A 6-session mentoring container for women who are ready to stop overgiving, listen to themselves more deeply, and make choices from self-trust rather than guilt or obligation.
This work needs enough space to allow change.
A single session can be helpful for clarity, but deeper patterns — overgiving, guilt, self-doubt, body signals, relationship dynamics, and learning to trust yourself again — usually need time, support, and integration.
Together, we’ll explore what is really going on beneath the surface and begin to shift the patterns that have kept you tired, quiet, resentful, or disconnected from yourself.
You’ll be supported to reconnect with what matters to you now, speak up with more steadiness, and make choices that feel more honest, grounded, and true.

6 x 1:1 online mentoring session
Personalised support and tools you can apply in everyday life
Body-based and reflective practices that help you embody change, not just think about it
Email or WhatsApp support between sessions, within clear and respectful boundaries
Investment: $990
or 3 monthly payments of $350
After the 6 sessions
After completing the mentoring container, you can continue with Integration Sessions when you need extra support.
These sessions are for clients who have already done the deeper foundation work and want support as they practise the changes in real life.
Integration Sessions: $165 per session
or $135 for a second session booked within the same calendar month

Why work with me?
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science and have spent more than two decades supporting people through health, wellbeing, body-based healing, and personal transformation.
I’ve lived this too.
I know the exhaustion of overgiving, the weight of saying yes when you mean no, and the slow cost of disconnecting from yourself.
What I share with you isn’t just theory. It comes from formal training, years of hands-on experience, lived experience, intuition, and more than two decades of listening deeply — to the body, to the person, and to what is really asking to be acknowledged.
